"Breathless"
by Hanoochi

I step from my dream into a misty aura of greenery
lush with beauty.

Barefoot, I walk along the soft mossy path, cool,
smooth and inviting.
Each step lightly presses down,
moving effortlessly along.

A small trickling stream, faintly heard, trees lightly rustle
the butterfly dances.

Gently kneeling, my finger tip grazes the water so
cool and refreshing.
This sweet purity leaves me breathless.
I smile and nod.

A sudden warmth pulls my spirit upward, lifting my heart-
to the bright clouds.

The sweet fragrance of love fills the air
as I step from the forest,
lush with beauty.
